Whether you´re new to yoga or practice often, private yoga sessions could really benefit you if you are feeling stressed, prefer not to join a group class, need to recharge your batteries, build fitness or work on a specific area.  I provide personalised guidance, custom-tailored to your needs, goals and preferences.

Wellbeing Series & Workshops - Coming Soon

Programmes and workshops are on the way - packed full of simple yet powerful practices to use in everyday life to help calm and soothe your nerves, reduce anxiety, help prevent burnout, and nourish and support your emotional and physical well-being. 

Lotus Yoga is the ultimate choice for a life-enhancing yoga journey, and Kath is our perfect guide. She listens closely and compassionately to our needs before providing an expertly designed, nurturing, and uplifting yoga session. The environment Kath provides is welcoming and calming. All poses are clearly explained, and we feel safe and supported to explore them to a level that's comfortable for us. The physical and mental benefits we enjoy during our sessions stay with us long after we leave. Kath also provides us with detailed guidance for home practice.
